By purchasing a ticket to or attending this event, you agree to the following terms.
1. Educational Purpose — No Attorney-Client Relationship
This event is educational. Nothing presented, discussed, distributed, or said at this event — including during the panel, hot seat segment, or any individual conversation — constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by attending, asking a question, or receiving any response.
Legal outcomes depend on facts specific to each business. General information shared at this event may not apply to your situation. Do not act or refrain from acting based on anything said here without consulting an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction about your specific circumstances.
If you wish to engage LegalLuxe Law Group® PLLC, an attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed engagement agreement.
Natori Arrindell, Esq. is licensed in North Carolina, Tennessee, the District of Columbia, and Arkansas.
2. Confidentiality of the Room
Attendees may share business details during the hot seat segment, Q&A, or open conversation. Please treat what is shared in the room as private. Do not repeat, publish, or post another attendee’s business information without their permission.
Note that conversations at this event are not privileged or confidential in the legal sense. Because no attorney-client relationship exists (Section 1) and other attendees are present, attorney-client privilege does not apply. Do not disclose anything you need to keep legally confidential.
3. Tickets, Admission & Transfers
- Tickets are sold through Posh and are valid for one attendee.
- Your ticket confirmation and a photo ID may be required at check-in.
- Tickets are transferable to another person up to 48 hours before the event, with written notice to events@legalluxeinc.com.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person for conduct described in Section 6, without refund.
- Seating is limited and admission is not guaranteed to anyone arriving after the program begins.
4. Refunds & Cancellation
All ticket sales are final. Because this is an intimate event with capped seating and per-guest catering costs committed in advance, we do not issue refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 48 hours before the event by emailing events@legalluxeinc.com.
Posh processing and service fees are non-refundable in all cases and are not controlled by LegalLuxe.
5. Changes, Postponement & Cancellation by Organizer
We may change the program, speakers, panelists, vendors, or schedule at any time. Speakers and panelists are subject to change and no specific individual’s appearance is guaranteed.
If we cancel the event outright and do not offer a rescheduled date, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price (excluding third-party processing fees). If we postpone the event, your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date; if you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
We are not responsible for travel, lodging, childcare, lost income, or other costs you incur in connection with attending, changing, or cancelling.
6. Conduct
This room is built to feel safe and elevated. We ask that you:
- Treat attendees, panelists, vendors, and venue staff with respect.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior of any kind.
- Follow all instructions from LegalLuxe staff and venue personnel.
No Solicitation
This is not a networking expo. Please do not pitch your products, services, MLM, or business opportunity to other attendees during the program. Organic conversation is welcome; working the room is not. Only vendors and partners approved by LegalLuxe in advance may promote or sell at this event.
No Recording
Attendees may take photos and short social clips. Full audio or video recording of the presentation, panel, or hot seat segment is not permitted without prior written consent.
We may remove any person who violates this section, without refund.
7. Photo, Video & Media Release
This event will be professionally photographed and recorded for promotional use.
By attending, you grant LegalLuxe Law Group® PLLC and its designees the irrevocable, royalty-free right to photograph, film, and record you, and to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and business name in any media — including social media, websites, marketing materials, and future event promotion — worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed, notify us in writing at events@legalluxeinc.com before the event and identify yourself to staff at check-in. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide shots, crowd images, or content captured by other attendees.
8. Food, Beverages & Allergies
Food and beverages are provided by independent third-party vendors. Items may contain or be prepared near common allergens, including dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, and eggs.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please note them at checkout and confirm ingredients with the vendor on site. You are responsible for determining what is safe for you to consume. LegalLuxe is not liable for any allergic reaction or illness arising from food or beverages served.
9. Venue
The event is held at a third-party venue. The venue is not owned or operated by LegalLuxe. You agree to comply with all venue rules, security procedures, and staff instructions, including those regarding parking, building access, and restricted areas.
LegalLuxe is not responsible for the condition of the venue, the acts or omissions of venue personnel, or any injury or loss occurring on venue property.
10. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
You attend at your own risk. You assume all risks associated with attending, including personal injury, illness, and loss or damage to personal property. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or left behind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegalLuxe Law Group® PLLC, its members, employees, contractors, panelists, vendors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your attendance or from any information presented. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this event will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law.
11. Third-Party Vendors, Panelists & Partners
Vendors, panelists, sponsors, and partners at this event are independent parties. Their statements, products, services, and offers are their own. LegalLuxe does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for anything they say, sell, or provide, and any transaction you enter into with them is solely between you and that party.
12. Privacy & Your Information
Information you provide at checkout is used to run the event and to communicate with you about LegalLuxe events, resources, and services. You may unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share attendee contact information with panelists, vendors, sponsors, or partners. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the event — for example, providing a dietary-restriction count to the caterer.
Ticketing and payment are processed by Posh, which handles your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
13. Intellectual Property
Legalize Your Legacy®, LegalLuxe Law Group®, and all associated logos and marks are registered or claimed trademarks of their respective owners. All presentation content, slides, handouts, worksheets, and materials are the property of LegalLuxe Law Group® PLLC and are provided for your personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach from, or create derivative works from event materials without prior written permission.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this event will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
